Also can we design it so it can be multipurpose and used as seating when we have guests?” We made this out of IPE, one of the strongest woods available, durable enough to last about 50 years or more, even in harsh outdoor conditions when properly maintained.

There was absolutely nothing here but empty space, here is us on day 3, Framing, Electrical, Air Conditioning (HVAC), Drywall, Doors Installed, Room will be painted and flooring will be complete today, Working around the clock, 12 hour days to make this happen with absolute perfect time management + efficiency… BTW. Update: Finished in 4 days Monday-Thursday, turnkey offices from nothing.
